Computer Science is a broader area and a fundamental platform in the computer development. It focuses on the theoretical and algorithmic concepts of computing and designs innovative devices. Other disciplines requires the assistance and guidance of Computer scientists. Even programmers work under CS professionals. Computer Scientists find effective ways for computing problems.

One Laptop per child, crazy or creative?
The world today is ultra-paced when considering the information flow. In this world everyone should fight for their place. Getting updated with the information technology help to overcome this issue and to survive in the world. As the education system is changing and the traditional class room is no more, getting a child equipped with a laptop may give an edge for the child to engage more effectively in the
Influence of IT in common traditions.
Information technology has developed to an extend where no man other than who live in most remote jungle cannot get away from the impact it brings. IT has influenced from the president of a state to a simple cleaning staff working on a government department. The range of information technology varies from the high tech security system to simple house hold tools. It made a tremendous effect on the life.
The Good and the Bad, User friendly Apps
Today we are living in the ultra-paced digital world. Electronic devises are becoming smaller and sophisticated. Using a laptop during a lecture might look unrealistic before 10 years. But nowadays after introduction of smart phones and tablets, carrying a laptop, oh it’s not much cool.
As I am a tablet user I think it will suitable if I discuss a good and bad example from android applications. The application with good user centered design is Opera Mini. If you are using desktop PC or a laptop most people go for Google Chrome for it user friendliness. But Chrome yet to fit best in smaller screens. Grid Computing
What
is Grid Computing?
Grid computing is a processor architecture that clusters computer
resources from various domains to attain an objective or task. In grid
computing, the computers on the network can work on a task together, thus
functioning as a supercomputer. Typically, a grid works on different tasks
within a network, but it is capable of working on specialized applications
collectively. It is designed to solve tasks that are too very huge for a
supercomputer while maintaining the flexibility to process numerous more
minuscule tasks. Computing grids distribute a multiuser infrastructure that
accommodates the discontinuous demands of giant information processing.
